The close contact and support of our regional partners is very important to us. Under the label “ächt Schwyz” we additionally offer traditional dishes and/or products from the canton of Schwyz. Authentic in the offer and sustainable in the production is our credo.

Since 1886 and for five generations, the Locher family have been brewing Appenzeller Bier.
