Ayurveda – the oldest healing system – is based on the laws of nature and is therefore valid for all people and times.

In Ayurveda you are perceived as a unity of body, mind and the self (soul).

The manual treatments strengthen your self-healing powers and help to train your perception. The emotional level can also be reached, so the Ayurvedic massages and oils have an effect down to the depths.

A relaxing combination from head to toe of classical massage, Ayurveda and Lomi Lomi, accompanied by hot stones.

Has a relaxing, soothing and rejuvenating effect. Improves sleep, nourishes tissues, lubricates joints, softens ligaments and muscles. Purifies and stimulates blood circulation.

Prishthabhyanga / Back massage
Relieves tension and gives lightness, elasticity and mobility to your the back.

Mukabhyanga / head-face-neck-massage combined with Padabhyanga / Foot massage
Relaxes face and scalp, gives a rosy complexion and rejuvenates, calms the mind. If desired, with short oil forehead pouring. After the liberating head massage, the feet are massaged up to the knee. Has a very grounding effect, strengthens the sensory organs, calms nervousness and restlessness.

Padabhyanga / Foot massage
